Shipping Times

We process and dispatch orders within a few business days after payment is received. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Within Denmark and the EU, shipping usually takes between 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to reach out.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders as indicated on the site.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, by notifying us in writing (e.g., email).

To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• You must notify us within 14 days and return the goods within another 14 days

Exclusions

Perishable, opened, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email us at hello@awadachi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
